1.4 Weapon Glyph Additional Procs

So in the patch notes it listed that weapon elemental glyphs could proc additional effects like fire = burning and cold = chilled. I am curious what Shock will do? Does this apply to poison proccing a dot? Will disease proc a disease effect that reduces healing? These are things we need to know
