Remove the universal boss loot timer

This timer is stupid. In a group you can clear an entire group public dungeon before the timer resets. Not to mention running zone bosses, where you need to wait between kills.

    It was a stupid change to combat a problem that doesn't really exist anymore, I'm sure there are still some bots around but they pretty much left the game for the most part. So don't expect them to revert it because they've been all about those face desk changes as of late.
    Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured?

    Timer should be specific to farming the same boss repeatedly; not globally applied to all bosses.

    It is definitely a detriment to real players who aren't farming. I have been in groups that easily made it from one boss to the next in less than 10 minutes which meant we all got screwed out of loot that we otherwise fairly earned. It doesn't make any sense. What would make WAY more sense is to set a 10 minute timer on the boss that was killed, not EVERY boss! That way the player won't get loot if they kill the SAME boss within 10 minutes. That would prevent boss camping without ruining actual game play for the rest of us!

    The timer's current incarnation was ill conceived and needs either removed completely or an overhaul. You're discouraging players from just playing like they are supposed to! There are many places where bosses are close enough together that you can get to them in under 10 minutes just through casual play (both in the open landscape and in dungeons). Setting the timer on the same boss makes much more sense. This has been an on going frustration that I hope is addressed soon!

    The timer was introduced to discourage the bot farmers, I don't know if it should be removed completely. I agree that ZOS has done a great job of getting the bot problem under control, but they would need to be careful about removing the "botting" controls otherwise the problem could pop up again. I think a per boss timer would be a good compromise, and something they could easily revert if necessary should it have unintended consequences.
