Restoration Skill books bugged/missing?

So on a quick search, I didn't see any thread on this, so i'm not sure if it's a known issue or not.

I was recently messing around with my VR3 character, and decided to try out Resto staff, and noticed that my Resto staff skill rating was sitting at 1.

Now, I'm a bookshelf clicker. I virtually always click bookshelves everywhere I go. And all of my other skill trees that I haven't used, like 2 handed, are all at least at skill level 5, if not ten.

So I thought, "This is wierd, have I really not found ANY Resto staff skill books?"

Then I looked at my level 40 character and noticed that it also only had a Resto skill level of 1, which also was out of line with any other skillset.

So, is this a bug? Are there no Resto line books? Are the books there, but not actually giving the skill points? Could this be localized to my client, like I'm missing game files? Could it be regional? both of my chars are DC, though the VR3 is obviously now working through AD content.

Just seems curious, especially 6 months in, though admittedly, I just noticed it myself after months of gameplay.

Probably. From what I understand, there are 5 skill books (take you up to 6 skill) for every skill be destro staff and resto staff. Destro staff gets 10, resto gets 0.

Seems fairly likely they goofed and made the books that should have been resto give destroy.
