Does the Templar skill Solar Barrage proc the Illuminate Passive? In other words, if I use Solar barrage in a the middle of a group, do I gain the spell resistance against them until I attack one of them?

Illuminate is a flat number based upon using any dawn's wrath ability.

So far I find that Illuminate doesn't work. I've not seen it ever raise my Spell Resistance, despite instantly swapping to my character sheet every time. There is no listed duration for this spell resistance apart from assumably the snare that often accompanies dawn wrath abilities. I'm not confused the power functions, and is a waste of skill points like many Templar abilities. The Master Ritualist also appears to be broken, as I have been watching when I resuscitate, and I have not seen a soul gem appear yet. Templar needs help. Most of its abilities can be better done by other classes, and some of its heals are completely worthless. I say this as someone who loves the class, but it is very bugged and very frustrating to say the least.

It doesn't actually raise your spell resistance in a manner you can see, if it did it'd be bugged out all the damn time. Whether or not this buff effect can be seen via Modified Meters is another question, but the idea is when an enemy is on fire and is attacking you, your spell resist to that mob and that mob alone is increased by 500 but it isn't meant to show up on your character sheet, just act as a sort of debuff to that one mob.

EDIT* Also Master Ritualist seems to instead refill an empty soul gem that you have, not actually give one back to you, which is both correct and totally assinine all at the same time.
