Is there a list of hard caps in ESO?

The Soft Cap info is easy to find but is there a list someplace about the Hard Caps in ESO?

Also is there any info on how the soft caps scale? Is it always 50% of a given stat after the soft cap or is it a tiered system that the more you go over the soft cap the less percentage of that stat you get? Is there any list of how that scales?

I agree, there should be more info about this. However, as far as I can tell, there isn't.

I BELIEVE the hard cap for weapon damage is either 250 or 260...

As far as it always being 50%, no. It scales up exponentially as far as I can tell. That much ZOS DID tell us. "The more over soft cap you go, the harder it is to raise the stat further."

I tried to go really high in stamina to see where it would cap. At least at 2546 it is still extremely close to 50%. If I take off a neck that gives 76 stamina I go down to 2509. I should get 38 stamina from that neck at 50% and I get 37 which may be a rounding issue. I also might not be high enough passed the soft cap of 2419 (in PvP) to notice to move in to a different range.

Also different stats may cap at different rates. Maybe some things have hard caps and others don't.
