Enchanting V10 to V12

I can't seem to make these glyphs, I have the enchanting lines at max (except hireling = zero). My enchant level is 40 and I am V9.

I have Aspects up to Purple and Potency eights to use.

Any ideas what's going on? Thanks in advance.

Vr10-VR12 Glyphs require "Kude" and "Kura" (Tooltip says Cura but rune says Kura) which are Potency 9. At level VR9 you may not being seeing those yet in the zones you are in. Easiest way to get them at your level would be with Hireling. At Enchanter level 40 I would expect any Potency Runes that your Hireling would bring to be Kura or Kude.

You need potency 9 to receive lv9 runes by hireling.

Sorry, I assumed you were at Potency 9 since you said you had all Enchanting lines maxed and was just missing the level 9 runes. If not then you will need Potency 9 to make the VR10-Vr12 Glyphs.

Are you still able to make all Glyphs at Enchanter level 40 or did they increase the level requirement for Potency 9 runes? I was already Enchanter level 50 when they increased the VR level cap so no idea if that changed.

It seems like the only issue is the lack of Kura (formerly Cura) and Kude in your inventory. You should be able to find these at any rune node, just pray to RNG gods. They do seem to drop more in higher levels, but are not limited to them.
