Support Tab is Broken and Cyrodiil is Unplayable.

Once again Cryodiil (NA) is plagued with constant Lag, Disconnects and Force Closes. Many of my guild mates are experiencing the same problem, some worse then others.
On attempting to gain assistance via the Support Tab on this web site, myself and several others received a plain white screen, with the message:' Error in exception handler.'
With ZERO maintenance in the past 2 weeks, the server problems in Cyrodiil are on a steady incline. Then to be hit with and error page when asking for support, it feels down right disrespectful !
