Suggestion - Vamp & WW Balancing

My main problem with vamps is that they get to run around all day and all night without penalty, it's always made me cringe a bit, and yes I have a VR level vamp.

To address some of the perceived balance issues what do you good people think of applying a debuff to vamps during daylight - PVE & PVP? Make it enough that that the mortals have an advantage during the day but not so much that the vamps are untouchable at night. That same could apply to WW but based on the phase of the moon.

Apologies for any IP infringement if someone already suggested this, haven't read it before though.

I agree that there is a serious difference in how powerful vamps are compared to werewolves, I let my main toon become a WW because they are now tied to achievements. WW's compared to vamps are a joke. Can only turn to WW form for less than a minute unless skill points spent on a passive to feed on corpses, gross. Rather it should be to feed on the wildlife such as deer, bears, etc every X amount of time and stay a WW as long as you would like. I am very tired of being killed by batswarm in PVP and can't even see the animation 99% of the time. My toon is far more powerful in human form than WW form. The GM's really need to change WW's. Recommend a good claw swipe skill, bite throat skill, pounce lands where the target was not is when it moves. Also make WW's immune to batswarm in PVP so some of us can counter vamp builds obvious OP. What were the game devs thinking when they came up with the skills for both, such a huge difference. The most powerful builds in PVP are light armor, staff using vampires. In one battle a group of skeletonvamps ( gem you get to turn to skeleton ) were nearly unkillable, needed more than a dozen players to even barely hurt one of them. Makes PVP not very fun when you die so quick and can't learn to play, spend most of the time running back from re-spawn areas.
Not the thread for this but would like the game devs to put in a training area around fighter guild buildings. Use the straw dummies to see how much damage your toon's skills make, cause I have very little idea, just because the skills list the damage doesn't mean you actually cause that, would also help put together combinations of skills to use in battle. No I don't want to use some add on program.

I like your idea about there being a daylight penalty for vampires. It would be cool too if wearing a hood would cut down on that penalty by a very small amount (or wearing sunscreen, lolz j/k j/k).
