Hi, I just upgraded to the imperial edition. But I still can not choose an alliance with any class, but must be classes during the alliance menu. Why is it so?

    Well If I choose Ebonheart Pact and want to be for example Bosmer , it dosen work for me

    Imperial Edition allows you to play as an Imperial in any alliance.
    The Explorer's Pack allows any race in any alliance.

    Um, you can play any CLASS in any alliance, the restrictions are race based not class based.

    As @Son_Raizen said to play any race you need the Explorers pack, which by the way was a pre-order bonus.

    But you can buy Explorer's pack code on ebay easily. Then you need ask CS to help redeem your code.
