Quality of life nightblade changes

I feel nightblades are in a really strong spot if you build one of a couple of builds (i.e. heavy attack cancel rapid strikes) but I feel that some people who play nightblade play it for the fun abilities like shadow cloak, summon shade and haste.
I have every skill leveled at least to morph now and have tested every morph of all nightblade skills (excluding blur). I just have a couple of suggestions that would make lots of skills a lot more useful and more fun to use.
1. summon shade - I feel like this is a really good ability but not for the right reasons, it has a 15% damage reduction and people use it to drain stamina however I think it should do similar damage to the sorcerer summons or it is just the silver linings on a terribly under powered cloud, it may not reduce max magicka but you have to cast it in the fight which wastes a tiny bit of dps, I feel it should be really good at getting that dps back as well as being a jump spot with utility, this greatly improves the synergy with the bow on one morph and melee with the other morphs.
2. Haste - I feel like even though this may be a good skill it doesn't feel like it is doing much, I think it should speed up animation time on weapon attacks as well as just cool down between light and heavy, not by 30% but by a decent amount, I use the heavy attack morph on this on my bar but once again silver linings not the actual intention of the skill.
3. Blur - once again needs a complete overhaul
