[Feature Suggestion] Group leader's marker visible to all group members

That little blue square that you can place on the map with your F button, wouldn't it be great if everyone in the group could see the group leader's marker? It could be displayed in a different color than your own marker.

Why:
I think that little tweak would really help with the coordination of group movements. Less chatting, less explaining, the group leader just sets a target and everybody goes there. Simple.

There is a way to do that. It's called a "group rally call". You have to press either shift, or alt or something as you click. I always forget which one it is.

I know that ctrl+click will give you a ping that lasts a few seconds.

What he means is the ability to mark a place on the map where the group is going.
Like the custom marker you can put on the map by pressing F.

It is already possible to do this for a group. I just don't remember the exact key combo.

I also think that making the group leader crown icon a different color would make the leader easier to follow.
