There is only one god and his name is Death. And there is only one thing we say to Death: “Not today...”

There is something old and true in fantasy that speaks to something deep within us, to the child who dreamt that one day he would hunt the forests of the night, and feast beneath the hollow hills, and find a love to last forever somewhere south of Oz and north of Shangri-La."

I found the items in shadowfen, so the third zone basically. Lots of mid tier items in everything. No need for grocer.

Yes, look for Grocers, not Chefs, they sell Prov Mats like Stock and Broth that are used across many recipes. You can find them in the larger towns and marketplaces. Usually standing near the Chefs.

Also, check some Guild Stores for Provisioning Mats.

Ty, but i was checking everything i could find. My prov buddy was telling me if it's second tier item, i should be able to buy it. I was checking vendors, guild stores, etc. No luck. When i wasn't looking for them, seemed like I'd get em all the time. Think i got it sorted out though. Last round of city sweeping produced great results so I'm happy.

And people wonder why I keep all my Provisioning Mats even though I have respecced all my points out of provisioning for battle skills.....

I have found that when containers are not giving me what I want, logging off and then logging back in will reset the containers, usually favorably, to find things your not getting.
