good lord can this Templar do SOMETHING besides blazing shield and biting jab spam? its bad enough she is doing a speed hack. The very least she could do is show SOME degree of skill
I can see the "bitting Jabs" lock is still working (0:56). I counted 8 successive biting jabs with no way out. We got a "pro exploiter" here. At least his were not hitting for over 800 damage each.

Exactly. As evidenced by that annoying "out of stamina" sound. Thankfully (I think) this sound is getting replaced next patch. Hopefully it is less jarring.I can see the "bitting Jabs" lock is still working (0:56). I counted 8 successive biting jabs with no way out. We got a "pro exploiter" here. you might also notice that ez had no stamina to break/dodge... he wasn't locked in cc, he was out of resources.
You are crazy persistent @ezareth_ESO hehe

I've had this bug once before in PVP, in the middle of fighting I suddenly got max speed. I've had a teammate (who is a templar) have it happen to him twice in a row while sieging a keep. Every time you die you lose the speed, yet I kill this player constantly and she always moves at max speed.
I've reported the player in game to no avail (as with every other exploiter I see). Maybe someone from Zenimax will take a look at this video and do something. If you can't fix a bug fine, at very least ban the players who are exploiting these bugs. It is getting to where I can't PVP anywhere in cyrodiil without being chased around by people abusing exploits.

Ya when I got speed bugged I could run across the map in no time at all, so this is def diff.ezareth_ESO wrote: »There is a Templar player on DC in Thornblade who has found a way to replicate and is exploiting the max speed bug. Watched the video. I actually tested a whole bunch of stuff for ZoS and gave them a full report, so I'm familiar with exactly what he's using here.
It's not a bug or exploit, this is a straight up hack that this game is susceptible too. I figured ZoS would've fixed it by now, since I linked them the exact download link to the hack...
Anyways, you can tell by his attack animation speeds if he's using a hack or if he got the max speed bug/exploit. Also I'm fairly certain zenimax was successful in fixing the max speed bug/exploit, because it used to happen all the time, but I have not had one member get it since one of the patches that claimed to fix it.
This guy deserves to be banned. He's using a third party hack. ZoS please fix this before I get fed up and just share publicly the name of the hack and ruin the game..
Edit: or at least ban the people using it, since I know the code changes to fix it would require you to rearrange how all your location data is stored and transmitted and that would require a *** ton of code refactoring. Third party hacks are against your ToS, I've read them, it's explicitly stated. Ban this guy.
On that note everyone should report this guy in game.

on a side note, i really don't understand why sorcerers repeatably cast mages fury for most of a battle. iv used it, the damage is not as much as an actual weapon, and you could save that magicka for better abilities. Aside from the insta-shard chance I don't know why sorcerers do it

Aside from the ludicrous notion of shield stacking the meat&potatoes of a bubblespam build is harness which, currently, does not do what the tooltip describes. It returns magicka on all damage.
Find me a build that isn't exploiting bugs and I'll show you a build that's gimped by them. It's nigh on impossible to make a clean build.
Sure, there's a difference between using a build that exploits bugs/mechanics (especially accidentally) and triggering a bug like maxspeed. But how much practically? The game is riddled with bugs and unintended effects. It's a mess and they just don't care. Give up. They have.
I do play a sorc, but mines uses 2H, not a staff. so idk how you would do it with a staff.
