Will the new Azura's Star 30 day campaign influence your campaign choice?

With 1.4 arriving soon, possibly even next week, will the new Azura's Star 30 day campaign influence your choice of Home or Guest campaigns?

Do you think it impact the two active campaigns (Chillrend and Thornblade)? Or will it be another dead campaign like Bow of Shadows which it replaces?

My guild originally homed in Thornblade, but moved to Chill due to long queue times. I prefer longer campaigns and will either home Azura or Thorn based on the lack of pop locks.

ill give it a go. if I like it, ill stay. im HOPING, that all those "elite" guilds form zergblade and chillrend will stay in those campaigns, so we can have a campaign with actual competition.

It really depends on the leaderboard rewards, the new ones with a chance to include an ability-altering weapon.

Basically, will the chance be the same on all campaigns, regardless of length? How often will you receive them?

Because if it's only one mail at the end of each campaign, than the 30-day ones will be empty. Everyone will be flocking on shorter campaigns to get top 2% for unique rewards more frequently than once a month.

I think merging campaign killed pvp. If you are restarting campaign, you have to restart emperorship too. Otherwise emperors are not changing.
For example Chillrend, it is absolute Daggerfall campaign, and its emperor is same in all campaign times. Keeps same, emperor is same so? 14 days, 7 days, 30 days, campaign numbers... That's not the problem, problem is campaigns must reset in the strict sense of the word, not only alliance points.
I missed challenging campaigns, once upon a time in EU server, Auriel's Bow, Bloodthorn, Dawnbreaker were amazing, but now? Thornblade is EP, Chillrend is DC, Haderus is AD... *facepalm*

Thornblade is AD Haderus is AD . EP does not dominate any campaign.

Mertusta may be an EU player, which has the reverse of the EP/AD population divide that the NA players suffer from.

ahh ok.fair enough. Im very disheartened btw. I went in to Cyrodiil today and fought to try to take back Farragut. We killed a ton of AD but always pushed back to a resource FC and ultimately over ran with mobs of yellow. Ill be watching movies this evening. This is a first for me.

i want a campaign just for cody. a campaign that only cody can enter, but he cannot leave.

Implement this camp sooner rather than later.
