Golden Saint Armor?

So I know at V2 you get the Golden Saint Armor "Costume" but I've seen people with Golden Saint helmets/armor without the costume. Like someone with Golden Saint Chestplate, Imperial Shoulders. Or Imperial Armor but with a Golden Saint Helmet. Also the same with Dark Seducer. Is this actual armor?

Teiji✭✭✭✭✭The Ashlander light and medium head-pieces drop from Dark Anchors, as well as the Seducer helm and chest which are both medium.
I've done over 350 Dark Anchors past 14 days in the hopes of getting unique gear, to no avail... If the drops didn't look so good, I would've gave up already.
After felling several of Molag Bal's generals multiple times only attaining green drops I contacted support to see if there was anything I could do to help my RNG rolls:
"I have been able to confirm with some of the senior agents here that you are doing everything right, there is no finesse system, and the loot is based on a combination of character level and zone level. You are simply at the mercy of the loot gods and their random generations."
So yeah, if you're blessed by RNG's like myself, expect a grind if you're like me and go out of your way to collect unique-in-appearance gear.
