PvP build questions

So I levelled through cadwells silver and gold using a spell crit % and spell damage build, relying on encase, liquid lightening and chrystal blast.

Is this viable in pvp?

Oh I am a sorc btw, currently using resto staff for the self heal from it.

Open to trait, set, and attribute point dist suggestions.

Inpenetrateable trait reduces the chance to get critted.
In Cyrodiil u will always meet players without this trait but the most experienced players own equip with it.

In my opinion crit isnt worth in PvP but many people will tell you its worth.

I am using divine trait on all armor at the mo for the thiefs added crit, I suppose with the tiny tiny bonus that gives I could switch to Inpenetrateable.
