Chain Armour

First, thank you for adding shirts to light armour. I didn't like the look of the robes on my character and you were kind to offer a solution for a non-critical issue. I spoke to some of my friends in game and we noticed that from medium armour it jumps straight to plate armour looking. I hope in the future you can add a chain armour option in the heavy armour menu much like you did with shirts. Of course that's not priority, but since the Quakecon video showed some solid investment in new armours, maybe you can fit this request

It's strange, as Chain Mail has been an armor type in the series, part of the Heavy Line. It's certainly not light, or even medium, based on the chain mail shirt I once wore.

I really liked the look of the fur armour they had in Skyrim. I used to go shirtless with the skirt type bottoms. Sometimes I'd wear the wolf hats too. It would really help with distinguishing yourself as a barbarian type warrior. Diversity...

Fun fact: mail seems to weigh more than plate even when they are actually the same weight. This is because the weight of plate is more evenly distributed, while the weight of mail rests entirely on the shoulders. As such, mail is much more tiring to wear over long periods of time.

Neiman Marcus opened a store in Denver and we went to grand opening to look at stuff that no one should ever spend money on. One thing they had was metal dress, made out of something like Bronze, in a chain mail type of fabric. It weighed close to 10 pounds, and it was a cocktail dress so not a lot of fabric. Being that it was a Size 1, I could not imagine a person small enough to wear this thing being able to wear it for any length of time. Oh, and it was $5,000 back in the 90's.
