There was one official response, claiming this is a known issue, but since implementation, it has been a known issue.

What I was asking for was some form of assistance to be able to start bidding on Kiosks again, because currently I CAN NOT DO SO!

Sorry if this is a silly supposition, I don't have bidding rights: I'm wondering if you don't have enough gold at your disposal to beat the current winning bid does the game block you from bidding?

If the bids are blind, it would seem to be the only option to save you tying up gold in a wasted bid.

No. As long as the guild bank has 100g, you can bid. That's the minimum and it doesn't matter what someone else bid on that trader.

I have to agree with Tendeep. We would also like to bid on a trader, but our prefered trader is not available for bids. It would be nice to know if this will be fixed before the bidding cycle ends or if we have to find another location to try and bid on for next week.

This isn't an intermittent issue. Almost every Kiosk *cannot be bid on*.

Is update 4 going live on Monday? If not, when?

If not, what happens to all the broken Kiosks on Monday? Is this going to be a situation where guilds that have invested gold and time into their kiosk are subject to losing to whoever can click "Pay 100G" to the trader the fastest when it resets?

Or will the broken Kiosks be perma-dead until update 4 launches?

Ok so tomorrow I wonder what will happen? Since no one can bid, and no one can rent, are kiosks done and over with until update 4? In update 4 will they be "fixed fixed", or "mundus stone fixed"? Time will tell?

That is exactly what happened last Monday ...

And since ZOS isn't going to do any maintenance tomorrow, my guess would be that this upcoming Monday will be the same.

That is exactly what happened last Monday ...

And since ZOS isn't going to do any maintenance tomorrow, my guess would be that this upcoming Monday will be the same.

Some have been fixed, including all of the ones in Rawl. They are all biddable now. While I'm very happy that the mega-rich trade guilds won't be inconvenienced, it would be nice if all zones were fixed before morning.

As of this morning, there are still plenty that are bugged out. I've been looking for a good trader to bid on and about half of them are still without a bid option.

Slightly off topic... Is buying items from a Guild Trader broke too or is there something to it I am not getting?

I bought some items from 2 different traders for the first time just now. I right click on the item, select "Buy Item". A window pops up letting me know I am about to spend x amount of gold on such and such item, I click "Buy". I hear the jingle of coin and see my total gold amount go down, I see the item disappear from the Guild Trader list...

So...

Where's my stuff?

I never received the items. Not in my inventory. Not in my Bank. The in game help talks about how to bid on Traders, but not on how to use them.

Is it that simple? Should the item just appear in my inventory? Or does the sale have to be approved by the seller or something?

You will get a mail with the items you purchased inside.

Now that 8am has come and gone, I'm curious to know what happened to the traders that could not be bid on. Do any of the Eastmarch traders have guilds (for example)?

Was reading up on the PTS 1.4.2 patch notes and they mention fixing the guild traders in that patch. This means update 4 should fix this.
Any word on a day for that to drop?

A LOT of the traders are currently guildless, and ofc ZOS have done little to actually let us know what's happening here. Precisely why I unsubbed back in April, the lack of communication.

It has now been 9... going on 10 days now (since I first posted this) with Guild Traders in a broken state, not usable, not able to be bid upon, giving a pretty large shaft to guilds who currently do not possess one...
