What are they?
50% and then it seems as though it reduces gradually as you get more of a stat. But by how much? And do the calculations vary from stat to stat?

✭✭✭It's just 40% gained out of any stat above the overcharge/softcap amount, until the hardcap. Nothing fancy

Hardcap as in 0%?
Hardcap is a limit you can't go beyond by any means ever. Softcap makes it so you still gain 40pct of what you get past it, before then. So yes, Hardcap means 0.-First-Wave Closed Beta Tester of the Psijic Order, aka the 0.016 percent.
