Random Video Signal Loss, Silly Me

So the random video signal loss. two graphic cards later a few trys of the soluton posted a bios flash consultation and it still occurred. Thought to self randomly. Wonder if I ever changed the power settings to tell my monitor as well as computer to never go idle if I was inactive for more than five minutes...
