Sorc PvP build help

Hello Everyone,
I just came to TESO and love it so far. I rolled the Sorc class and am looking for some guidance on a build or even just somebody to point me in the right direction on the forums.
I am looking to focus primarily on PvP and prefer to use Medium (heavy secondary) armor and would love to focus on the bow (dual wield secondary) as my choices. Now i am flexible on everything, just looking for a base build to start with. I used to hear things about the thunder thief setup, is that still viable?
