I recently created a temporary guild called "Night Mother's Watch" to help me tide over my RP crave while I wait for the Dark Brotherhood. Anyway's it seems to me like the player created guild's are "ruling over" the alliance war. This need's to come to an end, just because you are bound by a "pact" does not mean you won't make enemies within your own walls. A guild that pledges no alliance to either pact would be good for the entire alliance war as a whole.
