Reds were shooting a fire ballista from a resource and the bolts/danger area were invisible. No red circle. No flaming projectile. Lot's of unsuspecting death.
I've seen this at Chalman. When you set up a ballista on the rocks near the mine and fire down onto the wall anyone on that wall cannot see the ballista bolt or red circle and they take damage. Not sure if this is what the OP is seeing but that has been my experience.
I've seen this several times. It is more often than not latency based, very similar to when the projectiles disappear from your spells. Not a new bug just one of the many quirks in the combat system.

- invisible people also using siege weapons that you can see, but not the person firing it
- people running around with really low health (25-50 health) and yet only taking 7-12 damage from attacks abilities that should do hundreds of damage
- being attacked by invisible people and they don't even show up on your death recap so that you can report them
for a moment i thought it might be a new system to make sure we do no naming and shaming of exploiters
they for sure know they are invisible since they are cheeky enough to raise their friends even though 2-4 of us are standing at the corpse - detect invis potions, caltrops, other AoE damage does not reveal them - no idea if it actually does damage to them
