I'd ask them how they cope with all the people crying and yelling and panting and never being happy in forums no matter what they do or how hard they try.
But I fear that they would end up crying on my shoulder which is a dealbreaker for me. I'd probably end up unsubscribing.
Communication is key, and ZOS has been exceptionally good at communicating. I'm not sure why those two issues prevail but hopefully they will be on their list for the next round of communication.

What.....Planet.....are....you.....on???
ZOS is hands down, the absolute worst at communication with playerbase.

This.
I'd be glad the employee in question walked away; I probably would be nominating him for a humanitarian award if he'd sucker-punched you on the way out.

You clearly haven't played most popular MMORPGs out there, try communicating with Korean Grindfest MMOG makers.

There is NO employee in question; it is a made up scenario. what I find rude is not those asking stupid questions or making slanted opinions of things that only effect them. There are people on these forums that are asking legitimate questions that are not whining, crying, yelling or panting. Why should ZOS be rude to players that are merely asking a well thought out question or two?

They don't communicate on everything but they are far and away better at communicating than any mmo I have seen. Shoot we just got a mod in here already.Communication is key, and ZOS has been exceptionally good at communicating. Sorry, I do not consider Korean made cookie cutter MMO'S to be a real MMO. I don't play them, wont play them and do not take them seriously.
Strawman arguments always fail .. it's utterly irrelevant how good or not other MMO developers are, but that doesn't stop you fanboys using them to deflect criticism.Communication is key, and ZOS has been exceptionally good at communicating. Hilarious because it destroys the OP's "point". Sad because it makes people like the OP think that being overly belligerent is the key to getting an official response.

People like you are the reason companies like EA get away releasing broken games that they maybe patch later on.
People like you are the reason prime time large PVP battles as raved and advertised about, are actually giant lag battles.
You'll put up with it and they know it.

It doesn't "destroy" the OPs point. It's a coincidence. It's also going to be very telling when they respond to and take 0 feedback from the thread, like they did with the provisioning revamp thread.nerevarine1138 wrote: »It's both hilarious and sad that they replied in this thread.

I submit plenty of feedback to ZO, but I don't have a burning desire for public attention. There's a /feedback feature in-game. If you aren't hell-bent on stirring up public drama, you'll find that you get much better results when you actually communicate directly with the development team.
I've worked in CS, so I have sympathy for the people who work in CS for other companies. I'm consistently amazed that they don't just carpet-bomb the forums.
