Did you experience weird sieges?

Bloodthorn EU:
We were sieging Bloodmayne. Outer Wall down, inner Keep open.
Two strange things:
I got zero AP for taking the keep, while a friend of mine was telling me he got 11k AP for taking Blackboot.
The Pact Mage Guards in the inner ring of the keep were totally overpowered, nearly two-shotted my VR12 templar.
The Pact Mage Guards inside the keep were totally passive not even shooting back.
Did someelse experience such weird circumstances?

✭Can't speak to most of this, but Mage guards are very capable of 2 shotting people, same with archer guards. Been that way for quite a while, not a bug.1 -
