ESO Launcher not working properly

Hey everyone. Im just wondering if there are anyone else that has the same problem with the EU launcher as i got.. It loads REALLY slowly and sometimes the news doesn't pop up and i haven't even got the play button yet.. It's just empty where that button should be. It happend just after i downloaded the new patch and i haven't had a single problem like this Before

Post Patch, things can work really slow initally, in particular, logging in for the first time. The game goes through a process where it validates the files and a few other things that are above my pay grade. (network engineer, not a coder)

What I would do is first reboot your PC (to clear up any memory related issues) then load the launcher again and try to log in (knowing that it may take a minute or two before you get to Character Select), then log into a character (that can take a moment). Now, you have initialized all the patch content. Shut the game and launcher down (no need to reboot this time), then try the Launcher and game again. You will probably find it all works normally again.

Thanks for the information I'll give that a go and see what results i get. Strangly enough i haven't had this much trouble with a patch before.. So that's why i got slightly worried about it
