Attack speed broken? Again?

I play a Nightblade and frequently use 'Focused Attacks' and 'Rapid Strikes'. But sometimes (every second patch I guess) the attack speed boost from both doesn't work. My attack speed stays the same.
Even in my Werewolf Berserker form I don't notice any difference in my attack speed.
A friend told the same to me. He also doen't notice any changes in attack speed with the buffs from 'Rapid Strikes' or whatever.
Is this a known bug or meant to be this way? Because there were times it worked properly, but with the last patches... not.

Not that I know of. I been using focused attacks and it works.0 -

You should send them bug reports when you notice things like that .
Just type /bug in the chat window while you're in game and a bug report window will appear . Just fill it up and click submit.
The more people who report bugs and the better the chance of them ever fixing it .

✭Maybe attack speed applies only on light and heavy attack, but don't applies on any skill? I'm not a NB and don't know for sure, but I wont be surprised if it's true.Make sweetrolls, not nerfs!0
