Oh look, another hard boss fight.

I tried a few times on this boss. When I killed her, it was pre nerf, and while it was true I was already a Vamp when I did this quest, I didn't use a single Vamp skill. All I did was drop veils, and spammed steel tornado with power extraction with siphoning attacks on. Got lucky with the procs and managed enough stam to kill them while damage mit from veils helped a ton.

Really, you should listen to Mr. Prime. It's a good hint. If you get it right they'll be queuing up to applaud your decision.

You do realize that this boss fight is just a flat terrain right? Hiding behind pillars does nothing because the hit is pre-determined. Meaning that if they release their arrow and I hide behind a pillar, the arrow will go through the pillar and hit me.

You do realize that by going in the water and getting to the right spot the waves of mobs take their sweet time to go after you, giving you plenty of breathing space between killing mobs to work on the boss right? @SurlakinPrime gave you a lovely hint that makes this fight a piece of cake. If you had done it like he suggested, you could have easily beat it without needing to go vampire.

I wouldve gone Vamp anyway. Having a panic attack when fighting 3 basic mobs in werewolf form just isnt worth it.

Ah, when I did this fight she was bugged and there was an unkillable duplicate of her that spawned as soon as you attacked her. Pre-vet nerf also. Wow. I managed to get a group together to help, we killed the main Septima Tharn but that didn't trigger the end of the fight. The duplicate kept fighting with 0 health. When she finally killed me, I respawned to find myself in a different instance than the rest of the group. The quest giver was now standing there like it registered the kill and the quest was over, BUT duplicate Septima Tharn was still standing there waiting to fight as well. I managed to run up and talk to the quest give and click through his dialogue before she attacked me. What a cluster-F! But I got it done.
