Weird Graphics issue that only seems to happen in Auridon.

I've played through Auridon with a few different characters and each one had this problem in one area. The area that the issue occurred in was different for each character. It's hard to describe so I've attached a screen shot. As I move around or pan the camera the black areas flicker between black and the proper colors of the area. It makes objects and some enemies very difficult to see in some cases. Has anyone else had this issue? I've also done a lot of things in the other 2 alliances and so far Auridon is the only region it has happened in.

    Hmm!

    Seems like some sort of rendering issue!

    Usual suspects, at a guess, would be;
    • Graphics settings maybe too high (or too low).
    • Problem with GFX card processing lighting (unlikely I guess).
    • Faulty or incorrect graphics drivers that may need new clean install.
    • Game missing data (probably not).
    • Conflict between the way your graphics card is 'set up' and how game thinks your graphics card is or should be 'set up'! Another game I played had a 'pink light cast' for a while due to conflict with how graphics card anti aliasing was setup up and how the game thought it should be until the gfx card manufacturer issued a 'fix'.

    In another game, I had a very similar issue. It turned out to be a suspected anomoly in the graphics processing that only happened at certain 'times of day' where the light source (sun?) was at a low angle and objects were not being lit correctly. It was a very random issue that went away after an update to the latest graphics driver (at the time).

    Sorry I cannot really offer any help as such.

    Good luck in resolving the issue.
