Can't complete Hadran's Fall, and some other quests for the same reason.

I can't rescue Tand for the same reason I can't complete several other quests.
The NPC bad guy can heal faster then anything I can do to do damage to them.

My character is a level Veteran 4 sorcerer and I've used everything I've got.

I literally fought a battle with him that lasted for 20 minutes and both he and his healer can heal faster then I can damage them using everything I've got.

Even if I ignore him and concentrate on the healer I can't take her down.

This is kind of a pain because I've done virtually every thing in every area leading up to this.

I've gone back several times, but no luck.

I'll wait until I'm level 5 and try again but that's going to takes a while.

With the healer, make sure you are interrupting their Heal Cast.

You can either stand on top of them and smack them (hold down left mouse button and then click right mouse button) or you can use the Crushing Shock Morph of Force Shock. (Destro Staff Skill Line)

It will 100% interrupt casting on the Healer. Just use the skill each time you see them cast their Heals to interrupt them.

Always take out the healers first.

Pretty much this. Always take out healers first, and always interrupt any interruptable heals that are being done (in PVE almost every heal can be interrupted).

Thanks, I'll give it another try when I get back there.
At least I'll be at the same level by then.

I downloaded the app that shows where everything is at and discovered that I had missed a lot more than I thought I had.

Now I'm going through all the areas again.
