That's hardly unusual for subscription services other than newspapers . It also is very clearly laid out in their terms of service prior to subscribing as to how game time works. I had to take about a month's a break too due to health issues a few ago, playing only very sparsely... hardly much of a concern, I agreed to their terms originally and tossed maybe $15 of subscription fees to the wind total that I couldn't play during. That wasn't their fault.

Sorry but as someone who does some business himself, I understand the concept of a "contract" and "agreement". Allowing someone to just say "Nope! No money for you!!!" despite agreeing to pay a certain amount for access to the game for a pre-defined timeframe due to no fault of the seller's isn't fair to them.

And hoo boy, if you think I'm an outright ESO fanboy... you couldn't be further from the truth on that one :disagree: !
