As far as I am aware, the strongest crafted Panacea of Spell Power is:
Increase Spell Damage by 19 for 10s
Increase Spell Critical by 200 for 10s
Restore 428 Magicka immediately and an additional 406 Magicka over 14s [No CD]
Is it possible to create stronger pots? I searched everywhere in-game and with other master alchemists and none of them can create that potion.0 -
