Just a note. Lets assume that a new person, wants to play the game, and doesn't know anything about Elder Scrolls (personally speaking, i am playing since 1994 and Arena, but i mean in general) and what's the whole story behind it. And goes to our official page, and see what???
You have very limited info, you need to get examples from other MMO Official Pages (WoW for example) and enrich it!
For example
+ He goes to the story page (http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/game-guide/story) and see what? 235 words and 5 images! Really? For the story of one of the greatest RPG in Game History? And you are proud for that?
+ He goes to the Alliances pages, and search what classes he can play in the game, and....he doesn't find anything. You don't have a page that shows what a Sorcerer can do? What a Dragonknight can do? A Nightblade? (and i know, that the idea in ES is, be whatever you like to be, but you have classes so present them to the world! With some of their best armor for example or photos or text about their role in a raid, etc etc)
You have a beautiful game on your hands, spent i assume dozens of dollars and you present it like it's nothing! If you don't have the manpower to do it, make a contest around fans, and give them the authority to write texts, people that play the game and are passionate for their class / chars.

And fix at last, the grouping tool, if you are not in a guild that organize vr dungeons and stuff, you have to spam for hours to Craglorn to find a group as the ingame grouping tool, is always.... "searching" for players!
