NorthernFury✭✭✭✭Someone was saying in zone chat last night that it's an effect that happens when you equip a full set of VR10 dungeon set armor (i.e. worm cult, etc)
Is that what you have on there?

✭heheh, I was baffled as well at first seeing this, but yeah its the veteran dungeon full set visual effect
So when u see some with it, you can easily know that that guy has done his/hers sheer of dungeon runs 2 -
Oh if it is a set gear effect its pretty neat. We could have more of this.

Yes, Sanctuary set, but I'm pretty sure it's only meant to have three green balls.
I've also seen this once before in Cyrodil when the player had a whole cloud of balls around them.
There's also a set which has 'blue balls'

i used to make fun of my toons in other games, am a lit up xmas tree, i glow like walmart, etc, but this... three balls? Of that intense green? lol..

✭Bring back OOO Dread Armor, original Deadric design. That was such sexy armor. OMG it would be a virtual fap fest.
FYI- OOO short for Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul. One addition it added was a very sought after retextured Deadric Armor set with visual effect of poisonous dark vapor emanating from it added once all five pieces were collected and worn.

✭All the armor sets that effect more then one player have a special visual so you can see who has the buff.
Eg. Theses armor sets can effect up to 12 grouped players and each get that 'effect' and they used to stack (so a player could look like orb city) but on PST they no longer stack.0
