NPC's in non-vet campaign
Sorry if this one has come up already, are the NPC's in the black water blade non-vet campaign the same has the other campaigns. That's numbers at keeps and resources, health and damage dealing. Having seen 3 under level 20 players taken down by a keep tank like he was fly swatting I think I might know the answer just need it confirmed
