Bidding on Guild Store - What is wrong?????

Just wondering why I cannot bid on a guild store.... So confused. I successfully bid and won the first week on my favorite guild store location, 2nd week we lost our bid, but even on Monday after - I was not able to rebid on this location (I can bid on other kiosks in other towns. But why cannot I bid on this kiosk again!!!

✭is it a gold issue? where you maybe dont have enough to bid on it, if someone already had made a huge bid, read in another thread, some guilds a bidding like 1 mill to get it.
just asking, haven't really looked into it yet myself, so its more to get info myself and not trolling0
