Add-on request (peggle).

So, I have no idea if this is possible in the limited API that ESO has, or if this is even allowed but, would it be possible for someone to make an addon that allows you to play the game Peggle in ESO while you are in mouse mode or whatever it is?

The reason I am asking for this is because way back in the early days of a game called WoW, there were addons that allowed you to play games like peggle, blackjack, and other mini games while you were waiting for stuff to happen. I would LOVE to have addons like that in ESO, something I can just play while sitting around in a city waiting for a friend or something like that.
