Maintenance for the week of March 3:

• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 6, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EST (21:00 UTC)
Some Key Things That Need to Change in This Game
1) Block needs to be nerfed- This ability needs to have damage mitigated based on weapon type (staff blocking the least, while 1h/shield blocks most). The base should be at 25 percent of damage for a weapon and max out at 50 percent for 1h/shield.
2) Impenetrable needs to scale in effectiveness with armor type and be augmented by a Heavy Armor passive-Impenetrable needs to give less of an effect if someone is wearing lighter armor and there needs to be a heavy armor passive that increases the effect of impenetrable on gear if worn. The current iteration of impenetrable should be nerfed across the board.
3) Armor active abilities need to be useable only if someone is wearing 5 pieces or more of that armor type-name says it all.
4) Spell Reflect needs to cost more magicka and it should not reflect ultimate abilities
5) Spell Reflect should have a chance of not working at all-this could scale up based on a morph, but it should not reflect more than 50 percent of cast spells
6) Pulsar and Funnel Health/Swallow Soul should have cast times-1 second or 1.5 seconds will do
7) Vampire Bat Ultimate Ability should not cause the user to go invisible
8) Mist Form should cost 50 percent more magicka per use in four seconds just like bolt escape
9) NB Vanish and general stealth abilities/invis should not be able to be spammed and should not be able to be used in combat except once
10) Vampire blood feed should be classifed as CC and should be breakable in pvp
11) CC should have a minimum 10 second immunity timer
