The third passive you unlock at level 32 says "Maximizes the chances of extracting Clothing/Blacksmithing/Woodworking ingredients."
Is it all that's needed to have the highest chance of extracting yellow, purple, blue and green improvement mats? Or does that also depend on how many skillpoints (up to 9/9) you've invested in Tailoring/Metalworking/Woodworking?
