Dragonstar Arena Preview - SPOLIER ALERT ! ! !

As I said there are numerous SPOILERS here, so of you don't want to know... stop reading !
Anyway, you'll find the Arena (and the Dragonstar Village) situated in the upper NW corner of the Craglorn map. It's not really difficult to find and there is nothing in the way of enemies to get in your way !
You'll come across the mining village first, go in have a look around if you want its aesthetically pleasing. This isn't where the arena is though ! There is a small road that leads around and to the north, take that road. After a little while you'll see tha main gates leading to the arena.
Not a great deal to see here. Camps/tents on either side I'm guessing to depict warriors etc waiting to go into the arena. Its nice though and looks fitting to the area.
Head north (you'll see where) and you come to a small opening in the cliff face. Here you'll find the door leading to the arena, just head on in there
Once in you'll be inside what is really just a large hall. NPC drinking, swinging weapons. Pretty much exactly what I expected to see and has a nice pre-emptive feel to it
Once you've looked around the hall you need to go speak with the Battlemaster. He's a real charmer and left me hoping I'd meet him in the arena, just so I could kick his ass...lol
After you're nice chat with the Battlemaster you should head off down a short tunnel to find the gate keeper. She's a bit more friendly and well basically lets you into the arena
Now you're in the arena itself. Nice atmospherics here with the crowd cheering and a sarcastic commentary from the Battlemaster who also seems to be the compare during your visit into the arena. After The battlemaster's little speech you get a prompt telling you that a 30 sec countdown has begun
From what I could tell there are two gates either side of the arena, enemies come at you from both sides at once. This may differ from later rounds when you fight different enemies (I didn't last long enough to tell....lol)
Oh I'm so dead here...lol took about 15 seconds
You get the usual death recap, assuming you die and I get the feeling that will happen a lot !
The damage they do didn't seem to bad, but keep in mind that was just the first wave of 10 ! !
Anyway if(when) you die you can either rezz yourself right there or teleport back to the arena hall (the wayshrine option). Once there you will see a small portal into the arena, allowing you to re-join the fight
From this point on I'm guessing it's just rinse-repeat until you either clear all 10 waves or die horribly trying....lol
I'll add some more to this thread when I get it. I'm guessing 4.30am on a Wednesday morning isn't the best time to find a PTS group...lol
