The light armor skill is pretty stupid compared to Immovable
Rather then a requirement of "wear X parts of the correct armor", I would prefer to see some sort of scaling with the number of corresponding armor items worn.
For example: scale shield strength of harness magicka with number of light armor pieces; scale the chance for evasion for evasion with the number of medium armor pieces.
Since immovable is pretty much a binary on-off state (one can not scale the degree of CC immunity) I'd propose to scale the duration with number of heavy armor pieces - say 1.5 seconds per piece of heavy armor?
