I want my mats back!

I made it a point not to power level so I can play all/most of the content. I have saved all my mats so when I would get to max level I could have a set of Legendary Armor,weapons & glyphs...
When they raised the level cap from V10 to V12, I was no where near level cap so it did not affect me... I finally get to V12 and craft all my own gear and glyphs to Legendary only to find out there will be a level increase.
Now I'm all for adding content and levels but it took me 4+ months to grind all the mats needed... I don't have tons of gold to just buy new mats or all day to farm mats to deconstruct to get the small % of drops from breakdown. My hirelings bring in an even smaller %... So I want my mats back...
Maybe they could make a Vendor that gives you 100% of your mats back after 1.4 comes out. Leave it up for like 2 weeks so we could get at the least the Legendary mats back.
Cyrodiil is fun when you can compete. Not haveing the best gear makes it tough to compete. I can live with the fact that I'll never be an Emporor but i still wanna have fun.
I want to able to run trials and what ever other endgame comes along, but to do so It seems you need the best gear.

Elf_Boy✭✭✭It is not clear to me where your matts went? Did you sell them? Or destroy them? Or did you use them?
