Do you think there will/should be more classes?

For the past few weeks, I have been wondering if ZOS might add new classes to ESO to expand beyond the first 4, and there are some options they have to expand into, such as a necromancer class. Do you think it is possible for more classes to be added into ESO, and do you think it should happen?

If i could vote on it , i would vote ofc against it.

Better just add new skill lines , there already enough classes limiting us currently in the game.

I don't have a strong opinion on whether new classes would be a good thing or a bad thing. I'll leave that discussion to people with experience in other MMOs where classes have been added post-release.

If they do introduce new classes, however, I want them to also add more character slots per account. I'm already completely maxed out on alts with 4 classes, and if there were new classes I'd need to play them too.

I think a lot of "classes" could go both ways of being classes or skill lines, but I think classes would have more room to expand into things with different branches,

I'm not eve sure what "new classes would mean". Are you talking about creating a new set of 3 skill lines and assigning them some class name ?

I would rather have a pick and choose option where I pick the 3 class skill lines for that character. *THAT* would be play how you want.

The "class" I have in mind is a trader / crafter as this is what we don't have yet. A char that doesn't fight but serves as a trade hub for you and that gathers ingredients or does small tasks for you.

Similar to SWTOR´s companion system, everyone could make such a char and it will then be able to help your daily routine.

The rest is in my opinion already covered by the current skill system. But a companion that we can actually design would be a fun addition I think.

No to new classes, but yes to more skill lines and there is likely to be more when the thieves and dark brotherhood are added and spellcrafting will expand you skills as well.

Deep down I want more classes, I like classes in an MMO. BUT with the current state of levelling and then VR I dont think I would here. It would mean I would never be able to check them out for real, maybe one extra class in a huge expansion in 2 years. Didnt vote.

I'd rather we added more guilds and world skills than new starter classes.

I'm thinking of a class similiar to the Wyrd, because they would seem to have a lot of moves you've seen, but obviously can't use.

Wyrd, Sword Saint, Daedric worshipper, Aedric worshipper, Necromancer, Companion, Bard, etc can all fit within guilds/factions to join that have skill lines associated with them. I would not like them to be made classes.

Yes, there should be more classes
MY big thing right now with wanting new classes is that classes can easily do 3 branches of skill lines, which means more abilities. If they can fit 3 skill lines in a guild, then that would be perfect and I would be fine with skill lines.

These could easily be added into the World/Guild skill lines. Would love to see a Bard's College added to the game!

    Didn't vote.

I don't think there should be now, and don't know if there will be, but it would be amazing expansion content down the road.

They aren't exactly balancing what we have now very quickly so no need to complicate things with new classes atm, IMO.

No, there should not be any new classes
There will probably be some, named after the "Classes" in Morrowind/Oblivion. I always just made my own class.

I think there should NOT be more. Less actually IS more, and there are enough classes as is.

Edit: There are a lot of MMO's with hundreds of Races/Classes. ESO shouldn't be one.
