Crippling grasp + cloak broken since launch, no mention in 1.4 notes

For those who don't already know, the NB skill crippling grasp is bugged. Crippling grasp dot ticks break a NB's own cloak, making it impossible to use both abilities together in a build. The use of crippling grasp effectively prevents going invis for its entire duration. These two nightblade class skills are completely incompatible.
This bug has existed since launch. It was mentioned as a known issue two patch cycles ago. It has not been fixed, and is not mentioned on the 1.4 PTS notes.
This needs to be fixed. The fact that it has existed this long is bad enough. NB's have been unable to put these two skills on a bar together for months now. No other class has abilities which work against each other like this.
