Fun things to do in crydo

So its taken me a while to come around to pvp in this game, i find it hard to let go of old style wow battlegrounds. Having said that since i made a character on EP i really have started enjoying pvp, i really like defending keeps and rushing from keep to keep because Arathi Basin was a big favourate for me.

so it got me thinking capturing scrolls is i guess a larger scale WSG, although i don't understand the rules of taking the scroll? Is it possible to ninja it with a small group?

i also like sneeking around and sabotaging enemy forward camps and sieges, i like sniping enemies on sieges.

so what other fun things are there to do in crydo?

are there any interesting tactics?

what other things can i do solo or with my m8 that would be usful to the war?

im not really into using sieges, i find it a little boring and line of sight causes some frustration.

My friends and I enjoy cutting off enemy forces.

You need to always be aware of the what's happening with the map and decide where the forces will be coming from and where they are going to. Position yourself correctly and the bad guys will run right into your group's ambush.

Some people call this ganking. I call it great fun.

Ganking reinforcement lines is always helpful and ganking people on sieges. Duels are fun if you join Legend. Join a large guild and scout enemy keeps and put them under siege to stop reinforcements and small things like that all help.

Ah haha yeah i tryed to do that with my m8 but i can never figure out where people will go, in quite new to pvp tho maybe Il get it in time, is it possible to set up a forward camp to cut them off?

Forward camp makes your alliance member be able to spawn there, it won't cut off reinfocement. However, if you assault a keep that connects the main base or the keeps connected to the main base and a remote keep, people won't be able to teleport to the remote keep.
To make it easier: you have keep A keep B and the main base C connected like this: A-B-C. If you assault B, people wont be able to teleport from any of those keeps to another one. so you just cut off the reinforcement for keep A which can be more easily taken.

Similarly, if you see others doing this, you can expect to see people running to keeps A and B so you can prepare an ambush to those keeps.

If you hit L and looka t the bonuses it will show you what your alliance gets for controlling what. All your home keeps is the first bonus, each eney keep after that gives a bonus, the Elder Scrolls and Emperor are like the ultimates goals, they give your alliance a bigger bonus.

For your side to get a Scroll they have to take the keep in from of the scroll gate, as well as the keep in front of that one. When you ahve both of those keeps the Scroll gate opens. After this your side has to fight threw the gate and to the enemy scroll temple and actually take the scroll and bring it back to one of your home keeps. This is very hard to do.

For palces to ambush look at the map and see where the action is or what keep is being seiges or teh next target. then look at the enemy supply line, its usually their next closest keep, they will port to that keep and travel from there so you just wait somewhere in between.

Wait with a group of 4-5 guys at either a gate or bridge while a nearby castle is under siege. You'll pick up a ridiculous amount of kills at those chokepoints. Or, just run around and do PvE stuff killing other players you see.
