Is today's PTS maintenance to deploy Patch 1.4? I'm fairly certain it is as ZOS said the patch will come after Gamescom (which ended yesterday), but it doesn't say anywhere that it's for 1.4.
May we get some clarification from ZOS about this?

That's for the live Servers he's asking about the PTS which will have update 4 on it. They said after Gamescom which leads to people to think the second gamescom ends and does not account for getting workers back to the states and back to work.0 -

No but maybe the demo team are the same ones who actually put the content on the server. Ever think of that? No of course you didn't and that's ok because most likely it is different teams. But they did say after Gamescom they did not say how long after Gamescom. They didn't say it wouldn't be 2 weeks after Gamescom.
