ESO Model Viewer

I've noticed that there are ZERO ESO machinimas on the internet. Nope, not one. I see countless WoW machinimas and Skyrim machinima, but not an ESO machinima.

So, is ZOS or anyone else able to release something like a model viewer for machinima makers, if it's allowed?

There was a Reddit post in the ESO section with some model images shown that someone had dug up and converted somehow. I messages the author but never heard back and my attempts at Google searching never seem to find anything. The only somewhat relevant thing was this post about grabbing a model of the character and converting it to OBJ format. It seems to grab the 3D data from the running game itself using a "RIP" format but nothing about actually loading the 3D models from the actual game files.
