The current system of attacks in the game goes something like this:
If target is casting -> Use an interrupt (Click both buttons to bash, or use an interrupt ability)
If target is charging a heavy attack -> Use block (Hold right mouse button)
When the target is blocking, there's no counter. My suggestion is to cause certain abilities to act as 'block breakers' which, when used against blocking opponents, knocks the target down and stuns for a second.
The idea is that all charge and pull style abilities would double as block breakers, here's the full list of (player) block breaker abilities:
Sorceror:
Bolt Escape (and morphs)
Dragonknight:
Fiery Grip (and morphs)
Dragon Leap (and morphs)
Templar:
Focused Charge (and morphs)
Nightblade:
Teleport Strike (and morphs)
Two-Handed:
Critical Charge (and morphs)
One Handed + Shield
Shield Charge (and morphs)
Werewolf:
Pounce (and morphs)
Fighter's Guild:
Silver Leash (Only on vampires/werewolves/undead/daedra)
