EDIT: Also, the problem with the visual effect of spells breaking when you weapon swap to a different weapon isn't just Siphoning Attacks, it is everything. Try it with Evil Hunter from Fighters Guild.

Exactly...this was suppose to be fixed, like HOW can they NOT know if its fix or NOT ??? How can you not know ?!

The thing that im really getting tired of is this Patch Process = Braking things that worked fine, then comes the Patch that DOES NOT fix anything,

Then comes the PRIORITY list which lets face it doesn't make any scene.

Then comes the people that try to defend this with saying oh its a new game.

Sorry but in the really world this is what you call taking people for FOOLS.

I dunno. I have weapon swap as part of my normal operation now and although it can be a bit laggy to switch if you are right in the middle of a bunch of trash, it works very well nearly all the time.

I use it to hit stuff with Pulsar, get the 10% max health reduction, then back away into ranged DPS. A sorcy thing, no doubt.
