Fix Issue Install: freezes when try to install (Won't start installing)

Hi new players of The Elder Scroll Online.
some people have problems when trying to install the game from hotels, cafe or other free wifi connections or just where you don't have any control over the router.
The issue is the installer won't start because they block the connection the installer uses.
What you see
A picture where you can see : The Elder Scroll Online in the top left, but nothing happen and the picture just changes without any installing begin
How to fix:
Turn on local wifi hotspot from a phone or a ipad
Open the installer.
(Then it will begin but as everyone knows this is a very expensive way to go because of the 40GB you have to download)
so what you do is:
When the install begin to download pause it, then change the connection to the free wifi and start the download again
(there you go it will begin again the same goes when you have to start the game because when the download is finish it will freez again on the free wifi)
Wen it freezes in the end you close the installer even though it don't close by itself
be sure it's a freez (it will say 0.0mb left to download)
Change the connection to you local hotspot start the game and when you get to the login page you change the connection again.
